ACID ETCHING - FROSTING

Mi.Ro. Glass also performs acid etching operations, a special procedure requested by the furniture and lighting industries. This technique consists in the use of hydrofluoric acid in order to obtain a total or partial opaque effect on the glass plate, for decorative purposes. Acid etched glass, when touched, feels similar to silk and is used for countless furniture elements, including interior doors, sliding panels and much more still.
